Flying Dog participe à la production du film Sengoku Basara - Le Film : The Last Party (2011), de Kazuya Nomura, qui est l'adaptation en long métrage du jeu vidéo Devil Kings.
La société participe à la production des films de la collection Ghost in the Shell Arise, dont le premier film, Border 1 - Ghost Pain, est sortie en 2013.
