La société est créée par Trey Parker et Matt Stone en 1997, pour imaginer, écrire, monter, produire et doubler les épisodes de la série South Park.
La société produit également les longs métrages déclinés de la série comme South Park, le film : Plus long, plus grand et pas coupé (1999), de Trey Parker, ou les épisodes spéciaux distribués sur Paramount+.
