Alors qu’un chalutier ramène dans ses cales une découverte archéologique majeure extraite des glaces du Grand Nord, un mal semble se répandre et contaminer lentement la grande métropole et ses habitants. Confronté aux plans du puissant sorcier Ra’s al Ghul, Batman semble être le seul capable à pouvoir empêcher le retour sur Terre d’entités cosmiques belliqueuses.
